Bridge House/Grace House is seeking part time Resident Advisors to serve as support staff to the full time clinical staff members for our substance abuse treatment program. Shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight hours. The RAs supervise the clients under the direction of the Clinical Director. Must be able to deal tactfully with the public, co-workers and residents. Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions is important. Written and verbal communication skills, computer skills and crisis intervention skills are needed. Must have a schedule that would allow working flexible hours and must be able to be reached by telephone. An understanding of addiction and compassion for those in the recovery process is highly desired.
