Chief Executive Officer, Else Pedersen has worked for Bridge House / Grace House since 1992. Else is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and holds a Masters of Business Administration. Else became the Chief Executive Officer of Bridge House / Grace House on September 15, 2011. Prior to that date, she was the Executive Director of Bridge House since 2004. Else has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Bridge House in that she has worked in many departments before becoming the Executive Director, in particular the Clinical Department as a direct provider of services. Else is responsible for the overall management of the organization. Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of all clinical programs and supporting businesses; ensuring clinical program and business objectives are met; and directing and supervising staff. As a person in recovery, Else has a unique perspective in meeting the needs of our consumers.

Michelle Gaiennie, LCSW holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University. She is an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. Michelle has served as Executive Director of Clinical Services for Bridge House / Grace House since 2013. Prior to that date, she was the Executive Director of Grace House since 2003.

Thomas De Latte has been the Chief Financial Officer of Bridge House Corporation since 2001. Thomas has been in some form of accounting management positions since 1961. He is a Loyola of the South alumni.

Kevin Gardere has been an employee of Bridge House Corporation since 2002. He has been responsible for Major Gifts since 2004. In March 2012, he became the Marketing Director. Kevin is a graduate of the Bridge House Substance Abuse Treatment Program (2002).

Michael Ferrara has been the Director of Thrift Store Operations since 2002. Michael has worked in thrift store management since 1991 and in retail department stores as a buyer, manager and merchandiser since 1971.

Mike Ray is the Manager of the Bridge House Used Car Lot Initiative, having worked in this capacity since 2006. Mike has been in the automobile business since 1995, and previously owned an automobile repair facility.

Jo E. Cohen, the Clinical Director of Bridge House, has been a formal member of the Bridge House staff since April, 2010, but for many years she worked as an independent clinical supervisor for various members of the Bridge House staff. Jo has been working with individuals with addictive and compulsive disorders since 1997.

Nicolette Harvey has been with Grace House since July 2011, and she has been the Grace House Clinical Director since March 2013. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Auburn University in 2005, earned a Master of Social Work from the Florida State University in 2010; Nicolette is scheduled to complete requirements for her LCSW in June 2014. Nicolette previously worked as a Program Counselor and Permanent Housing Counselor for Grace House.

Leon Naquin, the Vocational Rehabilitation Director at Bridge House, has been at Bridge House since November 2006. Leon obtained a MS in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, is a State Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor, and has worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since 1978. Prior to coming to Bridge House, Leon worked as a Private Rehabilitation Counselor for the insurance industry, and with Cerebral Palsied children and adults.

Robert Ellis, Jr., the Clinical Administrator for Bridge House Corporation, has been with Bridge House since 2003. Robert has worked in the social service arena since 1987, in roles encompassing overall program management and evaluation, quality assurance, data management and analysis, and finance and grant administration.

David Davis has been an employee of Bridge House Corporation since December of 2009. David is a Vietnam era Veteran and has a background in complex computer systems within the banking financial industry. David came through the Bridge House Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
