Medication Management Coordinator/LPN

Bridge House/Grace House is seeking an LPN with a current Louisiana license to serve as our Medication Management Coordinator. Candidate will work in our residential addiction treatment program overseeing the self-administration of medications for addiction treatment (MAT) including Methadone/Suboxone, medical and mental health treatment per Federal guidelines. Previous experience working in alcohol/drug treatment setting preferred but not required. Responsible for the following tasks:
Monitor operational procedures for self- administration of prescribed and OTC medications, including Methadone, Suboxone and Buprenorphine at both Bridge House and Grace House. Maintain updated patient medication list in electronic health record. Conduct audits of the self-administration of meds to insure compliance with CARF, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Ongoing Training of Resident Advisors on self-administration and observation of clients. Oversee the storing and discontinuation of meds.

Resident Advisor

Bridge House/Grace House is seeking part time Resident Advisors to serve as support staff to the full time clinical staff members for our substance abuse treatment program. Shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight hours. The RAs supervise the clients under the direction of the Clinical Director. Must be able to deal tactfully with the public, co-workers and residents. Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions is important. Written and verbal communication skills, computer skills and crisis intervention skills are needed. Must have a schedule that would allow working flexible hours and must be able to be reached by telephone. An understanding of addiction and compassion for those in the recovery process is highly desired. Bridge House Corp. is a drug-free workplace; Pre-employment background check and drug test will be performed.
