Utilization Review Coordinator

Bridge House/Grace House is seeking an experienced Utilization Review Coordinator to act a liaison between insurance companies, the client, Clinical and billing team. This position is responsible for gathering required information, effectively case-building, and collaborating consistently with members of both the managed care organization’s Utilization Review Team and BH/GH interdisciplinary Treatment Team to ensure optimization of each client’s coverage and benefits. S/he is responsible for communicating accurate timely updates to appropriate representatives at the insurance company, the Clinical Team, and billing. Ensure all days for each client are authorized timely and appropriately communicated throughout the organization. Maintain necessary data for completing reviews and for tracking existing and future reviews. Coordinate review calls with MCO representatives. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure all assessments are completed in a timely manner. Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the behavioral health field and active license or credential. Bachelors or Masters (Preferred) in a behavioral health related specialty. CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding knowledge. Excellent written and verbal skills. Experience writing appeals and disputes. Strong computer, time management, organizational and follow up skills. Ability to work as a team member. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be familiar with billing Medicaid. Pre-employment background check and drug test are required.

Intake Assistant

Bridge House/Grace House is seeking an Intake Assistant, reporting to the Executive Director of Clinical Services. Works in coordination with the Intake Coordinators/Counselor by obtaining basic information from individuals requesting treatment, providing information regarding Bridge House/Grace House programs and services. Process all incoming calls to the Intake Department and completes follow-up for all treatment inquiries. Prepares, reviews and files paperwork. Enters pre-admission information or updates on clients in the computer system. Ensures 1st floor reception desk has all materials and supplies on hand and relieves desk as needed. May assist as house coordinator duties as needed. Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently. High school graduate or GED required. At least one year experience working with mental health and/or substance abuse preferred.

Resident Advisor

Bridge House/Grace House is seeking part time Resident Advisors to serve as support staff to the full time clinical staff members for our substance abuse treatment program. Shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight hours. The RAs supervise the clients under the direction of the Clinical Director. Must be able to deal tactfully with the public, co-workers and residents. Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions is important. Written and verbal communication skills, computer skills and crisis intervention skills are needed. Must have a schedule that would allow working flexible hours and must be able to be reached by telephone. An understanding of addiction and compassion for those in the recovery process is highly desired. Bridge House Corp. is a drug-free workplace; Pre-employment background check and drug test will be performed.
