Join an Event Committee
Bridge House / Grace House has 5 major fundraising events and we are looking to grow our event committees with ready and willing volunteers to not only assist with planning a great event, but also to raise funds needed to support our mission.
Committees meet typically 4 – 5 times over a 6 month period to assist staff with overall planning and execution of the event (i.e. recruiting and soliciting restaurants for food donations, soliciting auction and raffle donations, recruiting volunteers to work the event), assisting in fundraising efforts (i.e. soliciting new companies for sponsorships, selling tickets), and any other assistance to ensure a successful event. Committee members are asked to help with event set up and to possibly work a portion of the event. All meetings are held at Bridge House (4150 Earhart Blvd.), typically from 12-1pm (lunch is served).
