YOU CAN SAVE LIVES!

Only 10% of people who need addiction treatment actually receive it, but in 2022, Bridge House / Grace House accepted 792 individuals into treatment. Bridge House / Grace House is making a difference in our community, but we need support from the community to ensure that we can continue to provide services at our current level. It is through the generous support of people like you that we are able to provide NO-COST treatment to hundreds of homeless, indigent, uninsured, underinsured, and/or unemployed men and women each year.

Easy access to treatment can mean the difference between life and death to those we serve and YOU can help provide it for them by donating to Bridge House / Grace House on May 2nd!

Donations begin at $10 and all dollars raised during the 24-hour period will be amplified by proportional “lagniappe funds,” as well as possible awards and hourly prizes. IT ONLY TAKES $10 TO SUPPORT THE HUNDREDS OF INDIVIDUALS TREATED AT BRIDGE HOUSE / GRACE HOUSE AND ENSURE THEY GET THE TOOLS NEEDED TO STAY CLEAN & SOBER!

Who can make a donation on GiveNOLA Day?

Anyone can make a donation to a nonprofit that has created a profile on GiveNOLA.org! The minimum donation is $10.

How can I make a donation on GiveNOLA Day?

On May 2, starting at 12:00 a.m. and for the next 24 hours, go to the home page and use your credit or debit card to donate to any participating nonprofit. You can search for a nonprofit by name, category, or parish – OR CLICK HERE TO GO DIRECTLY TO BRIDGE HOUSE / GRACE HOUSE’S PAGE.

Is there an option for early giving?

Yes! Donors have the ability to make an online donation starting on April 17. To make an early donation between April 17 and May 1, a donor can access GiveNOLA.org and check out as usual. The donor will receive a receipt via email upon submitting their donation. Please note that scheduled gifts will not be eligible for nonprofit Rock-Around-the-Clock prizes.

What is the Lagniappe Fund?

At the end of the event, every nonprofit will receive a proportional share of this fund based upon its percentage of the total dollars raised. The equation to calculate lagniappe dollars is:
Amount a nonprofit raises ÷ Amount raised by ALL nonprofits on May 2 = Their Lagniappe Fund percentage
