Bridge House / Grace House’s Sober Fest aims to raise awareness that recovery is possible and fun in recovery is achievable; while also benefiting our NO-COST, long-term residential substance use disorder treatment programs. Founded on the principle that no one can attain and maintain sobriety without having their basic needs met, Bridge House / Grace House treats predominantly homeless, indigent, uninsured and/or unemployed men and women. In 2021, we treated 861 individuals.

Bridge House / Grace House is excited to launch and host New Orleans’ very first music festival focused on the positive aspects of recovery including an alcohol and drug free lifestyle. However, it is also important to us to take the time to honor those who have lost their battle with addiction or have passed away while in recovery. A special in memoriam area will be reserved at Sober Fest featuring a Memorial Wall with the names of those we have lost. While the deadline has passed to submit a name to be printed on the wall, there will be a blank space left on the wall where you will be able to write in your loved one’s name during the festival. A brief memorial ceremony will be held in this area at 1PM for those who wish to attend.
