Thanksgiving Dinner for the Homeless 2017

Thanks to the generosity and support of the community hundreds of homeless and indigent men and women received a delicious holiday meal prepared by the New Orleans Marriott and Bridge House / Grace House at our annual Thanksgiving Dinner on Sunday, November 19, 2017. Over 100 volunteers took a few hours out of their Sunday morning to serve meals as well as distribute clothing and toiletries.

After more than 25 years on Camp Street the annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the Homeless and Indigent was held for the first time at our Men’s Residential facility on Earhart Boulevard. We cannot begin to thank all of our generous donors for supporting these dinners year after year! A special thank you to this year’s In-Kind Donors: New Orleans Marriott, Magnolia Enterprises, Pat O’ Brien’s, Dong Phuong Bakery, Flowers Baking Company, Sucre, Acme Oyster House, Pelican Ice, National Fruit Flavor Company, International Coffee Corporation, Pot-O-Gold Rentals, and River Parish Disposal.
